Need for speed rival network app

If you see this message: "No game data detected", it simply means that you have not completed the tutorials in-game.

Once you have played the cop and the racer tutorial then Need for Speed Network will register your data.

I can't even log on to it. each time i try to log in, the app crashes on my Samsung S5 even though it was working before I bought the game but of course it said no game data available. when i try to log in through the browser, itsays Error 500 We’re sorry, but something went wrong."

Have you completed the two tutorials in-game (Cop and Racer?)

You can get the following error No Game Data Detected if you haven't completed these tutorials.

i have finished both cop and racer carrers. it doesn't log on. as soon as i enter my Origin ID and click log in, the app crashes. and on the browser, it gives me the error 500. I have tried it before I owned the game and it did give me the no game data but now after I have bought it, it wont work.
