Here what you can try. Please reinstall the driver for your monitor.
According the info available in the DxDiag (S23A700) the driver should be this one: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/LS23A700DS/ZA
Make sure the monitor refresh rate is still set to 60 hz.
Finally run a clean boot.

OK i did what you wrote but no go, also i describe my problem more precise
when i run the game full screen there is black screen only no sound when i press windows button the game appear in windowed mode
and the game is loading, intros on screen with sound and all, then i click on game on task bar go full screen and black screen is back this time with sound but stuttering sound.
I dont think the problem is related to my monitor at all, there is no signal lost or turn off on my screen side its AMD display driver or game fault. - Anonymous12 years ago
Hey eanajat,
I have some results you may be interested in. I have tested it out on 2 systems and 2 different televisions. All TV's are running at 60Hz.
Finlux 1080p 42" TV - AMD 7990, 16GB RAM, i7 3820 @ 4.1GHz - Full Screen: FAILED
-AMD 7970, 16GB RAM, i7 3770k @ 3.5GHz - Full Screen: FAILED
Samsung 1080p 40" TV - AMD 7990, 16GB RAM, i7 3820 @ 4.1GHz - Full Screen: SUCCESS
-AMD 7970, 16GB RAM, i7 3770k @ 3.5GHz - Full Screen: SUCCESS
As you can see above, crossfire and single GPU's have succesfully rendered full screen however the problem lies with the display unit.
Hope this helps! Looking forward to both screens displaying full screen so co-op with my fiance runs smoother. =)
