Need for Speed Rivals - Black screen only with full screen

On startup Need for Speed Rivals is giving me a black screen only whilst full screened. Alt tabbing has it in a windowed screen where things begin to work properly, but any attempt to return to full ...

Well, great to see more top notch service from EA Support.... I wonder with these poor releases how many others are just going going to avoid EA Games, or start considering a mass lawsuit for product not supplied as described, i know i for one am sick of buying EA **bleep** and not getting what was payed for.
