NFS Rivals has been updated today and black screen issue is fixed for me. 😕mileyhappy:
My PC spec:
Phenom II X4 965 ( 4x 3,4 GHz )
MB Asus Sabertooth 990fx
16 GB RAM
Radeon HD 6950 1GB
And i have like 15-20 FPS, its **bleep**ty optimized, I made format and reinstall windows with lastest drivers because i though i had virus or sth, but no, fresh system and lastest drivers and game working like **bleep** :/
Btw i have also black screen on full screen problems, here is my dxdiag log:
OK, as stated in my last post here I would update this thread with any response that I get with my ticket which had been excalated twice.

Had to have a laugh though as right at the beginning of this thread we all came up with this solution, so to get it back was.... im going to go with comical.
However, having finished the game with both racer and now cop as of 2 weeks ago with still no fix or even an ETA, defending this game has become very difficult.
It IS a great game!
However, the fact that such a massive issue slipped through the cracks and has STILL had nothing done to fix it or even appease those effected by it with an eta is abysmal.
I will always play the new need for speed games because I love the games themselves, but with this level of customer support I am seriously questioning paying any money for them.
I agree Mishkkaa. But i do wonder if they realise that piracy is just as bad on Consoles.... so why punish pc gamers with poor ports and poor support because of a small minority
Developers should be ashamed of such a bad game testing before its release.
Game does not meet the minimum requirements stated.
The video card is only loaded to 70% which means the terrible optimization.
