Need for Speed Rivals - Black screen only with full screen

On startup Need for Speed Rivals is giving me a black screen only whilst full screened. Alt tabbing has it in a windowed screen where things begin to work properly, but any attempt to return to full ...

This is simply not true. I've tried the game on various screens using various setups and it doesn't work in full screen. In this topic there's been people complaining about the same issue all with different monitors/screens/projectors. In fact, in the very first post it says that the user already tried: 

- Disabling additional monitor

Basically you've given up on supporting the game on PC 2(!) months after launch. 

Other things you could've done: 

- Contact AMD/Nvidia to see if there's a driver fix possible

- Try different solutions directly with a select group of users who have this problem

- Fix it on 'Mantle', or is that udpate scrapped too?

- Ask DICE how to do fullscreen in Frostbite, because it works in BF4

The same goes for the DirectX bug. That's again your game that is faulty even though you deny it. So explain to me how DirectX after 10(?) years of use for various games suddenly broke down in your latest game for a bunch of people? 

Edit: EA just refunded me too. Such a shame this game is broken though.

        it is truly a shame that more game developers are reuning good games. 

        thank god there are alot of games that deliver good work. but latly i see often game developers fail again and again. 

        it is a shame that thay have made this game public. 

        a game that can't be played whit 30fps or more from the start 

        can't play whit a steering wheel. 

        does have a big bug, every person plays the game full screen. so this bug has to be there when this games was in beta, but i belive there whas absoluly no beta for this game. 

        first make a game than you can make money, now alot of people will be thinking twice when thay want to but a new game, that you have been build. 

        NFS most wanted whas the last true nfs game, rest was rubish.
