And you're not sure what additional information you could give!!!!! Are you serious???? What exactly did that response clarify??? If you have nothing to add to that response I don't know what kind of help you're offering......
You don't know what type of steering wheels work.............do you want to tell me that when this game was in the testing phase the programmers were using a keyboard or gamepad to control the cars????? I seriously doubt it. Why doesn't EA let GHOST communicate with the gaming community??? I'm sure they could help. What's EA afraid of???? That we'll find out that the game was rushed out the door unfinished????? We already figured that out, don't you think??? The only thing you are doing is passing the buck back to the gaming community...........let's see what they can do. "After all, this is Answer HQ"........that's a cop-out answer, not help. If you're forwarding the comments to EA/GHOST you should also get a response.

- Looks like no further interest from EA on this issue, games are sold, profit made, stuff the consumer. I have played nfs titles since their beginning and I'm amazed it has come to this. I got as far as game launch , discovered the lack of support and I haven't played it since, what a massive disappointment from arguably the leading producer of racing games on Earth. We must be recognised as fallout from overall sales and therefore insignificant, why waste a good developer on a patch when they can be put to a more capital raising use knocking out another title? Customer base should take presidence over future releases though it would seem not, I'm sure if similar issues affected the Battlefield series there would be a patch almost instantly because of the much larger fan base. Come on EA lets get back to the old school and take a genuine interest in your customer feedback or roll over and make way for a successor. I'm glad I had the enjoyment of previous titles and feel pity for those up and coming gamers who are forced to suffer EA shortcomings.
