Need for Speed Rivals and Logitech steeringwheel G25 or G27

I have already applied for a full refund, game was only installed for 20 minutes, I don't want a racing game that I cannot use my $400 controller. If I knew this up front I would not have purchased it, very dissapointed.

What an absolute pharse! How can you possibly release a driving game and NOT support wheels???

I think you should do some market research on your NFS customers, I figure the majority use wheels. There is no control or enjoyment using a keyboard or gamepad when driving.

Can someone from EA on here please comment if this is just a "game released before it was ready?" or if it will never be fixed?

This is a bug, surely, not a feature....

Also first game that I've had in years that I have to run in Windowed mode with my ATI card - did you actually test it?!

I have played almost every NFS game right back to the 1990's and EVEN THEY SUPPORTED WHEELS!!!!

OK so why is this game not "Elegible" for the Great Game Guarantee?

This is the pefect candidate to show you are serious about that.

WHY DON'T YOU TELL PEOPLE BEFORE SELLING IT THAT LOGITECH STEERING WHEELS ARE NOT SUPPORTED BECAUSE NOW YOU HAVE JUST RIPPED OFF EVERYONE WHO PURCHASED THIS GAME EXPECTING TO GET THE NFS THAT WE ALL KNOW AND LOVE TO SOMETHING THAT IS NOW VILE AND HATED. YOU JUST CANT GO AND RIP PEOPLE OFF FOR LIKE 60 DOLLARS AND EXPECT US TO BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.

I'm really disamponted! without a steeringwheel-support the game is useless... Im playing NFS since version 1! I guess this was my last version...

Make sure you apply for a refund ASAP.  I pre-ordered the download and got my refund approved within 10 minutes after filing on-line.  But you have to read the fine print to make sure you meet the deadlines.  24 hours from the time you first play the game I think.

We want to know that this has been escalated. With so many other driving games out there that do support driving wheels how could you possibly drop the ball on this? This is the dumbest screwup I've ever seen....especially now that there are lots of people complaining about it on here as well as other gaming sites. This is the 21st century.....we are no longer playing Nintendo 64's !!!!

I am sorry to say but this news is shockingly abysmal and so dissapointing to hear.

I almost 'bullied' Criterion on the forums into submission two years ago due to the lack of steering wheel support on the superb 'Hot Pursuit' for PS3.

People spend hundreds of pounds on steering wheel set ups so they can use them playing racing games. I have a Rinoseat Revolution seat and a G27.

Steering wheels blow hand controllers OUT OF THE FRIKIN WATER where racing games are concerned.

EA you need to ask Ghost/Criterion to do the moral thing here and add steering wheel support across the consoles.

We spend millions and millions of pounds a year on your products so listen to us.

PLEASE EA SORT THIS PROBLEM NOW WE ARE BEGGING YOU.

STEERING WHEEL SUPPORT PLEASE FOR NFS RIVALS.

I don't want to bully you into submission this time believe me.
