I for one am very angry about the whole situation. After many years of supporting EA PC games, I've never seen anything as boneheaded as this.

Never again will I pre-order an EA title.

It's a 60 dollar coaster.

Bump it up.

How do I refund if I bought it from Gamestop day one?

It was easy enough for me to get a refund.  I had purchased the game on Black Friday, while at my in-laws.  I installed it on Sunday, ran the game and couldn't find the settings.  Found this forum and found out that the game didn't support steering wheels and that there wasn't a patch coming.  I had run the game for less than two minutes total and went into my acct to request a refund, which was granted and my credit card may have already been credited back.

I'm not SO pissed as some are, and that's fine too.  I really liked NFS: MW, the way the cars felt and the rest of the game play.  I had hoped from the reivews that I had read/watched would have mentioned the lack of steering.

I watched a 10 minute video and the guy was PISSED.  Though the anger felt over the top, he had some real points: Besides the lack of steering wheels, having to watch the intro/instructions each time the game starts would have driven me nuts had I played the game.

Ditto. Listen to your customers and use some common sense. A racing game that doesn't support racing controls? Instead of spending $$$ on this useless website spend the $$$ hiring project leads with enough sense to release playable games. What is next, a PC game that doesn't support a mouse or keyboard?

yeah sounds really stupid , releasing a racing game wtithout wheel support  high time EA sort this out  , iam awaiting before returning the game back.
