Bit of a duplicate post, but this other one is more generic.
I am beyond angry, I have been a loyal follower of NFS since it's very first title. I lost most of the use of my left hand after having my wrist removed and can no longer use conventional controllers so have to use a steering wheel to continue to play my racing games. No steering wheel support WTF I contacted customer services last night and was assured a patch was coming but surprise surprise no time frame was forth coming.
Come on EA sort you sh*t and get this fixed ASAP before you lose further custom.

I am sorry to have to say this but unfortunately I must say what I feel at this point....
The consumer spends BILLIONS of Pounds/Dollars/Euros on EA Need For Speed products yearly
All we want is a little bit of coding to give us what we want
I simply do not understand as a logically thinking human being what the problem is
I spent nearly £40 on a NFS title I have played a few times
Need For Speed Criterion is a title I will play online until the servers are pulled
Three years down the line NFS Hot Pursuit ranks top of all NFS titles ever made
Give us a chance to experience this with Rivals
Would at least one of these so called "Site Managers" have the decency to follow up on this?????? We were promised answers that we never received and help that we never received. What, your too busy trying to keep the pissed off people over at BF4 from tearing you to shreds???? Another nice mess............This really sucks, guys. You release an unfinished, buggy mess and then run for the hills!!! Nice! Really makes me want to buy another game from you people..............NOT!!
- They hit their goal which was to release the first driving game on the ps4, no matter what the quality. They knew being first would earn them money, but not brand image and in this arena brand image builds loyalty which after 388 post is clear that the future is not going to be good for them and frankly they deserve to go down and we can all watch knowing that although we got ripped off we do have the power not to purchase and demonstrate that the customer is right 99% of the time. Let's hope everyone boycotts the next game just to show that they need to listen and react. We need a boycott EA Facebook, Twitter etc, let's make some noise, 300+ people can't be wrong!!!
