I just want to know how a BILLION DOLLAR franchise can just be so arrogant and ignore its loyal customer base?
- Anonymous12 years agoSomebody should 'borrow' their cars steering wheels and leave a keyboard or xbox one controller in its place.. With a receipt asking for our damn refund for their wheel back.. A car sim u cant digitally trade back that has no steering wheel support!
also no save game option..and read the posts about that.. Same guy saying - you 250 people forgot to go into your hideout..
i don't think eanjat is all there....
. And still.................................. we wait and hope, There is evidence that EA will NEVER add steering wheel support. You can't even change the button config to aid players.
EA has sold the NFS name down the river..............I suggest there is a boycott of the new need for speed movie see if that hurts them at all.
Just saying LOL

I simply cannot understand what is so difficult for a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR franchise to add this to NFS Rivals....

Are you kidding me? Seriously?
We own Need for Speed shift and hot pursuit.
We bought this thinking it is yer another great title. Imaging my dismay, $50 later, with the steering wheel and pedals plugged in, when we launch this game and all that is on the screen are game-paqd controls? On a PC? Are you kidding me?
What a joke.
Playing a reacing game with a keyboard? This will be my last EA purchase if they do not add steering wheel controls with force feedback. What a waste. EA fail. FAilCat is displeased by EA's lack of win.

To be honest I have lost complete faith in EA to the point I think I am going to sell my steering wheel set up and move away from the gaming industry.
They gave complete control of NFS to Criterion who resurrected NFS with Hot Pursuit.
Since then its all gone downhill and now they have basically ripped apart Criterion so I gather the NFS franchise is more or less dead.
When a MULTI BILLION DOLLAR company simply ignores its consumer its spells it out plain and simple... They want your money and nothing else matters.
They can churn a piece of garbage out yearly and know they will make millions because of the NFS branding.
They had the right idea a few years ago by giving the franchise to the best racing game creators in the industry - Criterion.... Now thats torn apart.
Dissapointed is an understatement.

Gotta love that customer support.
I'm a moron to keep checking back.

Where is the steering wheel support?!?!? Oh there is none? Well it was nice knowing you EA you are soon to be just another forgoten name in the indistry.

We're not going away until we get what we want. I imagine it takes all of three minutes to add support for all of your unsatisfied customers. It's one thing that makes the game terrible. I swear if steering wheel support were to be added I would play NFS Rivals all the time! I mean we'll even accept just the ability to change the control configuration. EA come to your senses. It might be a lot to ask but can you care about your customer for once?
