Need for Speed Rivals bought, but doesn't appear in My Games.
Hello, yesterday i bought Need for Speed Rivals and i can't download it because it's not appearing in My games, i tried everything, please help.

Hi, yes I've tried everything, and the people from EA help don't respond, it's frustrating.Yesterday I've bought Crysis 3 and in a few seconds I could download it.

Crysis 3 appears to be available in your Origin account from what I can see (can you please confirm?)
Now about Need for Speed Rivals, sounds like you bought a DLC instead of the base game (unless you got the complete edition.)
Can you please click here and tell me what is the version you purchased exactly please?
