Need For Speed Rivals Download/Errors and Game Start Failure.....

My name is Billie, my PSN is SilverDHM for my account.  I'm having a huge issue with my NFS Rivals.  I've been trying to play the game for the longest now and its just not working.  First, I was able to download the game and start the game up, the very first time playing I was able to play the Cop Story for a few seconds before it just stop working.  When I had restarted the application on the Cop Story, after I select my car and go out to my Command Post and when its time to use R2 to start the vehicle, it does not go anywhere.  The Turbo boost, Siren, and Brakes work, but not the R2.  I thought it was my controller and its highly not.  I just got the PS4 and Brand spanking new....I deleted the game and re-downloaded the game all over again....still comes up to the same thing and the Cop Story WILL NOT work.  I go to the Racer Story and I can't even get pass the customization part and i get automatically sent back to the PS Home with the error code CE-32937-4 code that comes up.  I tried this about numerous of times throughout this week.  Now when I delete it and try download it again, it wont even download now with the error code CE-32947-5....I'm highly disappointed as I can't even play my first game on the PS4.  I really need help A.S.A.P. with the situation that I'm in and I would really like to play this game, but I'm having a huge problem.  Can you help me with this....?
