Just downloaded nfs rivals on my Xbox one x and Xbox one s so my kids and I could play together. It loads & they can play on the Xbox one S but on the Xbox one X it won't go past the finding a game to join screen once it gets there it makes my Xbox make weird rumbling noises and dashboards me. This needs to be fixed. Once this happened a few times I remembered that this was why I had to quit playing nfs rivals because I couldn't get it to load in no matter what I tried. This is ridculous when you pay monthly to have access to this game yet you can't play it.
Even though there shouldn't be a hassle…try going offline, put the game on and once you’re in the garage, go back to your settings and go online. It worked for me!!
