Need for Speed Rivals Freezes and Crashes to Dashboard Xbox One
As the title says, my game has freezed and crashed to the Xbox Dashboard 6 times today. Just reinstalled it today as well. Is there a fix to this or is it still an ongoing bug?

im having the same issue just downloaded it i have tried everything... reset my Mac address, hard shut off my xbox one x, deleted local save data, deleted the game and reinstalled it.
I wonder if there’s any hope for this being fixed.
ill personally keep my hopes up but I’m a bit disappointed that this keeps happening.
Hi I wonder if anyone can help I have need for speed rivals & every time I load the game it will crash instantly 9 times out of 10 once i press A and it connects to the servers. Sometimes it will load and work fine. I guess a lot of people had the issue after doing a google search When will EA release the patch to fix the issues. btw I used a wired connection with the ports open for xb1 & have fiber internet i can get the game to work if im signed out of my xb1 profile but once i sign in NFS hangs Thank you Andy

ISSUE GAME CRASHING AFTER STARTING UP ON MAIN MENU
DOWNLOADED FROM MICROSOFT STORE
We had this Issue a few years ago, ended up not playing the game.
Now We tried again, and 2020, still the same issue!
no other game has this issue, atleast not that We have seen.Very dissapointed At EA for not resolving this issue.
