Need For Speed Rivals game freezes

hello im having this  weird issue while im playing game when i finish the race or freeroaming the game randomly stops working like the map disapears and the car just stays stationarry and when i try to press esc it doesn't work i have to close the game from ctrl + alt + del is there a fix for that help please ?

    Please try right clicking the game in Origin and then click Repair.

    Let that process finish then reboot and retry.

    my rivals need for speed wont unlock the last cvar someone help
