Need For Speed Rivals Keep Crashing - XBOX One

I have tried to load rivals countless times and got in three games. 

The game takes you back to dashboard and crashes 9 out of 10 times.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have hard reset xbox one x time and time again. 

Anyone else having this issue
