Need For Speed Rivals Keep Crashing - XBOX One

xbox one x gams is 100% unplayable why you ask coz when i launch game i press a and i get loading then game just closed back to dash every time i try to play it i want my money back as i got sold a broken unplayable mess of hunk of poo this need fixing now not next week right now  or is ea going to keep * * up like they been doing and being lazy and not fix it
