Need for speed rivals Koenigsegg one:1 dlc problem

I cannot find the Need for Speed™ Rivals Koenigsegg One:1 DLC in my police and racer garage anywhere and I have the complete edition and it was not there

I have the same problem But i do not have the complete edition I downloaded it like 3 times the DLC pack But Still no Show up...

The car will be available once you reach rank 21+

The free Koenigsegg One:1 pack can be downloaded at any rank, but the Koenigsegg One:1 Racer and Cop variants will not be available for unlock until you are rank 21+ in that faction’s progression.
