Need for Speed Rivals PC Installation Issue

So I purchased Need for Speed Rivals, and I downloaded and Installed the game, and all was fine until I noticed a severe lag and frame rate issue, which prompted me to uninstall and reinstall the game to see if it would correct it. So I uninstalled the game, went to reinstall it, and all the issues started. So after I uninstalled the game, I went back into my Origin library, and redownloaded it. The game downloaded fine, and after the download was complete, it said the game was installing. It said installation was completed, and the little message box that has the play button popped up, I clicked the play button, and nothing happened, so I went to the Need for Speed Rivals "page" in my library, and it said install, instead of play. I clicked install, it said installation was completed, and I went to play the game, and the same thing happened again, and the game wasn't really installed. The game files showed up in my hard drive, but every time I tried to launch the game from the game files, nothing happened. At this point, I uninstalled Origin, restarted my computer, reinstalled Origin, and downloaded and attempted to install the game again. Just like the first time, the download went fine, but the installation never really installed the game. No jokes/sarcasm here, I sat and kept going through clicking install and waiting for it to be done at least 40 times, and the game never installed. I got online with a live chat, and the guy said I had to do some troubleshooting, and sent me a link with instructions on how to "manually" uninstall origin, which was no help and nothing worked the way the instructions said it should. This article was no help at all, so after a long and hard battle with my PC and trying to "manually" uninstall origin, along with some fist pounding and cussing out of my PC, I just gave up, disconnected the chat, went through the control panel, programs list, and uninstalled Origin that way, restarted my PC, reinstalled Origin yet again, downloaded NFS yet again, and still ended up with the same, typical EA bs, and was unable to install and play NFS. At this point, I want to either smash my PC in half or just be able to play the game, and because of how much more the PC was than the game, I'd rather just be able to play the game, but I can't. Any ideas as to why this is happening? Anything I should be doing? Anything I'm doing wrong? Any suggestions at all? Anything helps guys. Thanks!
