Need For Speed Rivals PC

I downloaded Need For Speed Rivals 2 months ago. And I played, and first when I unlocked the second chapter of the game, I didn't have my new cars, bonus and everything. And 2 days ago when I switched on my game, it was like if I had just downloaded my game so I need to start all over again, so I lost all what I did for the last 2 months .
