So then explain why when i just spent 5 million fully upgrading 7 cars.. My "Pursuit Tech Upgrades Unlocked" column is still 0/69.
You have to Upgrade the Pursuit tech level wise, there are Four levels of Pursuit tech you can install the better the car the more Pursuit tech levels there are. Once you do that then you'll get it. Each car has a Max level Pursuit tech level you have to max level and then you'll get it
