I found the solution which worked for me. The solution is to repair visual basic C++ 2012.
1) Go to _Installer folder
2) Click vc folder, then vc2012Update1
3) Then redist folder
4) Select vcredistx64.
5) Restart pc.
Community ManagerIt will be helpful if we could see some more info on the game crashes, these will be logged by the Windows Reliability Monitor:
Click the start button, search for Reliability, open View Reliability History, in the graph click on the most recent X symbol that corresponds to the NFS: Rivals crash, in the details below, right click the event and 'view technical details', copy and paste that info here please.
