I downloaded the Free Play/Trial version, and I kept running into this issue. Go through intro, press “A”, Signing into EA Server, Finding Game to Join, and then Freeze/Crash.

Only after multiple attempts of trying to get in, does it sometimes work and let me in. But then sometimes it drops me out while I am in, something about “migrating host” issue or something. So I thought, well since this is a free version, maybe I need to buy the full version, so that maybe I would be the host and not run into this issue anymore. (Thinking this was similar to when I used to host Counter Strike way back in the day! Like 2002/2003 timeframe.) But needless to say, I was wrong and the issue still persists.

Yep I’ve done everything calling and calling they both will not tell you about the servers but you can see the status page showing that they are down. If it’s money they need I think 5 bucks people will pay to get it back up and going

@abc1877826072 What u can do but I don't prefer is delete ur cloud save for the game and it should not crash but that means losing all progress
