Haveing the same issues. Can't get anyone for EA to call me. No email works as they are all auto response email. Chat isn't worth a * because they always leave the chat. The one guy who did talk to me blamed it on Microsoft but it's their BS server issues. Going to be asking for a refund and canceling all EA subscriptions moving forward.
