There is always a solution, it just might not be the one we were hoping for.

Fixed it again!  Had to go back to the old console and boot the game, let it sync and it booted fine.  Went to my S console and tried to boot it and it crashed, deleted the saved game data and it booted up fine!  Either the save data is corrupting or its some type of mismatch error on the sync side
