Clear Alternate Mac address.
>Open Settings on the Xbox One.
>In the Console section select Network.
>Select Advanced settings.
>Select All Alternate MAC address.
>Clear all of them.
Check your NAT settings
Xbox One: Go to Settings, then All Settings, then Network. Your NAT type will be under Current Network Status.
DELETE CLOUD SAVES
1. On Home, pull the right trigger, and then press A to open My games and apps.
2. Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.
3. Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data, and then press A on your controller.
4. Choose Delete everywhere.
5. Restart Console
Please try these steps and if it does not work try reinstalling the game once.

The problem is caused by EA servers, this won't work.

I think this works in the same way that deleting the saved game off the internal does, it forces a resync of the saved game which does work (just not every time, but most the time).

Lol, again it's a problem with the EA servers, and has nothing to do with your saved games! If it happens to work after you deleted your saved games it's just a fluke, but it had nothing to do with deleting your saved games and re syncing etc..The game works for me some times also and I don't have to do anything but keep trying to restart the game for as long as it takes to connect to EA servers.

The game was freezing at the title screen before for me, but a few days ago it just started working again. I can race against other people from around the world now in public sessions. Although I did lose connection to the EA servers mid game yesterday. That could have been due to poor internet connection at the time though ?
