So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Same here mostly. I have a physical copy, yet after the install if I try and run the game it shows me the loading screen for a few moments then goes back to the XBox Home Screen.

Found out It's their servers, and unfortunately it's an issue that's been going on for years, at this time it looks like the only solution is to not buy their games!

I downloaded the Free Play/Trial version, and I kept running into this issue. Go through intro, press “A”, Signing into EA Server, Finding Game to Join, and then Freeze/Crash.Only after multiple attempts of trying to get in, does it sometimes work and let me in. But then sometimes it drops me out while I am in, something about “migrating host” issue or something. So I thought, well since this is a free version, maybe I need to buy the full version, so that maybe I would be the host and not run into this issue anymore. (Thinking this was similar to when I used to host Counter Strike way back in the day! Like 2002/2003 timeframe.) But needless to say, I was wrong and the issue still persists.

For Xbox one, if your hard reset your xbox (turn it off, let the little whit button stop flashing and hold the power button down for 10 seconds) and then let the xbox stay off for a few minutes it fixed it for me. Hope that helps guys.

What a pathetic company! How can this issue be raised on their own forum, continue for so long without any acknowledgedment and not be fixed. I only just recently got into gaming and now know to stay away from EA games.

Same here, i just bought the NFS bundle and with NFS Rivals constantly freeze on log in screen. I try several times and sometimes i can play it. Its really a big issue.

Is a problem doing single player - I mean not playing online with others?
I have in post today probably, and thinking I just return it unbroken seal.
Any version info you can see if updated lately?

Same here I restarted my Xbox 2 times and tried running the game more than ten times and it still doesn't work

Not really. You only need to be online to open the game. Once you reach the 'press A' screen you just need to go to settings > network and select 'offline' mode on your xbox, go back to the game screen and press A. This will skip the connecting to EA servers.

Guys the only thing you have to do is log in in your EA account im your phone, laptop, tablet or any device you got, after that play the game and log in your EA account I'm your Xbox one, that's it, to can play perfectly.
