Need for speed rivals xbox one loading screen freeze......

So i recently bought NFS Rivals on my xbox one(Digital copy) and i tried to play the game. However a little a problem occured and i was stuck sitting at a loading screen for at least 30 minutes and it still continues to occur...... im kind of annoyed about this problem.. I havent even been able to play the game. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

HELLO IF THIS GAME IS NOT WORKING GIVE THE THE PEOPLE THERE MONEY BACK IM REPORTING THIS TO THE FCC THE GAME DOSE NOT WORK YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING IT PLANE AND SIMPLE IM CANCELING YOUR SERVICES

When I try to play my copy of need for speed rivals it starts loading in then makes this horrible buzzing sound, then crashes I’ve tryed all the steps to the Xbox help but nothing works I would love to here if anyone has a fix

@Leftypride92750 one thing u can do but I wouldnt prefer it is delete the cloud save for the game once u do that the gamer should work

@abc1877826072 What u can do but I don't prefer is delete ur cloud save for the game and it should not crash but that means losing all progress

This again is only a temp fix, this did not work for me but others have claimed it worked sometimes.

@dj41878, i tried already and it did not work for me. Also i am not looking for any workaround that will works sometime only. I clearly want to be able to play online for the game i spent monney.

@ciacgg @dj41878 I agree, and I believe everyone would rather have a permanent solution, including myself. Perhaps since there are so many of us we could possible start a petition of some sort? I realize that the game is old, which honestly shouldn't matter if it's a good game, which Rival is in my opinion. Maybe if enough of us petition it, they could look into remastering it??? Thoughts???
