progress saving trouble

hello,

I have downloaded need for speed most wanted (2013) in steam. when I download this, I will register in EA app, but now my pc cannot save progress what I have in this game because program cannot find some file, the problem comes to OneDrive. please help me to fix it text me in mail and I will send you pictures what my pc asks me.
