I am also now having this issue. My game was purchased through steam. There is no way to contact anyone through the link provided. Please advise. Thanks.
I'm trying this option via email and case and it is being 10 days of talking to a brick wall.
They do not know what to do and they do not understand the problem even providing the key, screenshots, etc.
There is no option to live chat. It is being a pain in the * trying to resolve this.
