Need For Speed Shift Goes Black after quiting in Windows 10?

When I go to play NFS Shift this happens to me all the time.When I go and play shift and then quit the game my screen goes all black except my icons and my mouse goes like windows XP with timer instead of the windows 10 curser.

What have ant of you done to fix this.
