As for a refund: I am sorry but I won't be able to assists with that. Any returns or exchanges of games will have to be done through the retailer at which you purchased the game.

Hey guys,

I had this problem to but EA Support center thingie send me an email and how to fix it.

Basically go to your'e router and enable the UpNp setting re-install the game and it should work perfecty.

Sometimes it doesnt load just make a crew session and then start the game.
