I have recently ran the game, was there any steps that they took or was it a matter of more troubleshooting?
No, they only report that the game started working after a few days.
When reinstalling your game, have you tried installing it on a different drive?
I have uninstalled it 3 times, every reinstall was a different drive. Nothing has changed in what is happening.
