Need For Speed The Run unable to run
Whenever I try to load "Need For Speed The Run" it seems like it is loading, I get the screen that say preparing your game, then the loading blue icon above my mouse. Then the game crashes and shoots...

No, they only report that the game started working after a few days.
When reinstalling your game, have you tried installing it on a different drive?
I have uninstalled it 3 times, every reinstall was a different drive. Nothing has changed in what is happening.

Just to confirm, did you manage to run a Clean boot?
Yes, I was able to run the Clean Bot, unfortunately there was no change in the issue.

You could also try running the game in compatibility mode:
- Right click on the game .exe file > Select Properties
- find the Compatibility tab
- under Compatibility mode, check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
- Select an older Windows version. I'd suggest trying Windows 7.
