No, they only report that the game started working after a few days.
When reinstalling your game, have you tried installing it on a different drive?

I have uninstalled it 3 times, every reinstall was a different drive. Nothing has changed in what is happening.

Just to confirm, did you manage to run a Clean boot?

Yes, I was able to run the Clean Bot, unfortunately there was no change in the issue.

You could also try running the game in compatibility mode:
- Right click on the game .exe file > Select Properties
- find the Compatibility tab
- under Compatibility mode, check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
- Select an older Windows version. I'd suggest trying Windows 7.
