Need for speed the run v1.1

Why arent the tracks being changed? Better yet why are they not all open?  We have been stuck on manufacturers forever now. Need signature, technical, hazardous and classical multiplayer tracks open ...

    EA has recently shut down the weekly multi-player playlists.  Unfortunately no matter what you do you will not be able to get those playlists available on your end.

I am not understanding your problem exactly, can you elaborate your issue ?
Try to Re-install the game with a fresh new clean install, maybe that will help !
