need for speed undercover black screen

Question

I downloaded NFS Undercover to play it again, but everytime I run the game, a CMD window pops before the game starts and seconds later, this window closes and doesn't start the game. I've tried changing the compatibility with other windows versions (my computer is Windows 10) but the problem is still there

Computer specs:
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
32GB 3600hz of RAM memory

Gigabyte 1050ti 4GB
Windows 10 Pro
