Need For speed Undercover key code redemption via origin

I bought a copy of Nfs Undercover from a shop,about 3 years ago.The game was completely working,no probs. Its just that very recently,I heard you can redeem your ea game codes to bind games to your account.Was working perfect with Crysis 2,SIms 3,Pets and yeah.But when I tried to redeem NFS undercover,first it said "Select your package" chose english.After that,its like confirm product for my account.But then it says an error has occure while trying to process request,and i was redirected here for FAQ,so I am writing this question.I dont actually have prrofing puchase(Goddamn its 3 years now) but can definitely offer digital photos of my key code and anything other possible by me.Please help
