Need For Speed Underground 2 without a cd

Hello, it's been several years how i had the game till my cd rom broke down. Now i have the original disc and the code, but i can not play it as I can't use the cd rom. I found other NFS files available to download via EA website, so you could just use the code on downloaded version. Sadly there weren't NFSU2... Any suggestions?
