Need For Speed, very slow startup, ultra low fps on loading screen, 0% GPU usage

Hello, I need some help! I re-downloaded the game to play some more, but I have a terrible problem. When I start the game, there is a long black screen, MSI Afterburner shows around 4 fps and GPU usage is 0 to 2%, then the game continues with the presentation screen, again, at 3 to 4 fps, with extremely long loads after each one. There is a Youtube video that shows MY EXACT same issue. Is not my video, but the problem is the same:

My PC:

Windows 10 Pro x64

EVGA 400 watt PSU

i5 2400

GTX 950

8GB RAM

Game is installed on my SSD 128 GB

The rest of the games I have run normally, I opened For Honor to see if the issue was the computer and the game ran perfectly fine.

    Have this issue too. I have gtx 1060 with i5 4690. Didn't find answer yet.

    Do you have your monitor (or one of them) plugged into your motherboard video connector instead of the GPU?

    Your machine may be defaulting to your Intel video processing on your CPU rather than your GTX.

    .

    1. Open the nvidia Control Panel
    2. Click Manage 3D settings
    3. Click the Program Settings tab
    4. Click the Add button
    5. Select the game from the list or click browse and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed\NFS16.exe
    6. Select NFS16.exe and then Open
    7. Customise individual settings if you like
    8. Exit nvidia control panel and try playing.

    Still Having this issue setting a gpu priority didn't work for me. Cpu is working on 5-10% too.
