I CANT GET NEED FOR SPEED TO WORK HAVE DOWNLOADED IT TWICE CAR GOES IN REVERSE BUT WILL ONLY GO VERY SLOW FORWARD AND IT ACTS LIKE BRAKES R ON AND ONLY SHIFTS UP TO 3RD GEAR PLZ HELP
