Need for Speed

I was playing the new need for speed when I was suddenly kicked from the game, when I came back on I had lost all my performance upgrades on my new car but kept the visual and handling ones I also noticed that the old car I sold for money for the upgrades was still there so I tried to sell my old car again to rebuy the upgrades but it comes up with "sell failed" pls help
