Need for speed

I am a ea access member and downloaded the trial but it won't let me play. I get to the start menu it says connecting to ea severs and the. Say.( you need to b singed into ea servers to access the online fetuses of this game. Please check your Internet connection error code 000000c8). My connection is good ea access is active can someone help plz?

    I have just had this problem couldn't connect to ea servers 00000c8 I found a simple fix. On XB1 go to dash and sign your profile out then sign bak in if u have been signed into another xbox it won't let u sign in for sum reason. But signing out and bak in worked for me
