Hi EA so here is my issue about the game NFSHot Pursuit Remastered, i dont know why and how the game wont save my progress even if i uninstall and install it a couple of times still every time i play the game and close the game it wont save any progress can you please help me solve this issue.

From what I know the game's save file is located in the documents folder of your computer, specifically:
Documents -> Criterion Games -> Need for Speed(TM) Hot Pursuit Remastered -> Save -> Default -> (for me the file shows as): MUD64.8.NFS11Save
So maybe you can try to exclude it from Windows Defender Antivirus scans, or maybe something else is happening to the file. I'm not an expert so forgive me but maybe this might help.
