need help on finding my old account

I got nfs heat via amazon prime but unfortunately later on I forgot my account and stuff later I contact with ea live help and they helped me but now I dont even remember the email or password I used and told them to change my old accounts so now I cant play nfs heat and I have like 4 origin accounts cause of my cousins and the one I thought had the game is empty there is no game no progress or anything and other 3 are having other games like star wars apex and stuff but I cant find my account with the nfs heat I need help about it plz
