NEED HELP RENAMING MY USER NAME ON EA AND ORIGIN

Need Help renaming in username on origin. When I go to my account settings in EA and they send me a security code I does not work what do I do? This is ridiculous EA is a multi-million dollar company and they cant even get a security code link to work HOW EMBARRASSING!
