Need to change sensitivity for keyboard

The problems is that I have latest version of "Need for Speed Most Wanted" game 2012 version. 

I actually wanted to adjust the steering sensitivity of game so I can play the game better. I currently playing the game on Keyboard. This question is relating to PC version of game that I am playing with keyboard.

I purchased the Need for Speed Most Wanted game through "Origin" website.

This version of Need for Speed Most Wanted that I got from "Origin" does not have the file called "controls.NFS13Save"

I tried to search for it and could not find it.

So I am unable to change the sensitivity of game keyboard especially the stearing option.

I wanted to change the line called "STEERLEFT=0,KEY_LEFT,0.00,1.00"

Please note I wanted to change the settings shown on this page..

STEERLEFT=0,KEY_LEFT,0.00,1.00
STEERRIGHT=0,KEY_RIGHT,0.00,1.00

The old version of "Need for Speed Most Wanted" game 2012 version I could change this line values called "STEERLEFT" 

However I can not find where to change "STEERLEFT"  option from.

Please can you tell me the file where I can change the STEERLEFT option. Meaning the file where I can change the keyboard sensitives  options such as

STEERLEFT

STEERRIGHT

ACCELERATE

My game saved folder does not have "controls.nfs13save" file so I am not sure how to change the value "STEERLEFT=0,KEY_LEFT,0.00,1.00"

I only have the file called MUD.29.NFS13Save in the folder listed below

C:\Users\usera1\Documents\Criterion Games\Need For Speed(TM) Most Wanted\Save\1001090982798\

Probably I think this might be because I have newer version of game called "Need for Speed Most Wanted" 2012 version game .

Please can you help me out because I want to change the steering sensitivity of game so I can play the game better on pc with keyboard. By changing values in "controls.nfs13save" file.
