New Need For Speed Heat update completely broke my game on Xbox One X.

After my Xbox One X automatically downloaded the January 28th 2020 update for Need For Speed Heat, the game is no long responsive to my controllers input. This means that once the title screen has completed loading, I'm unable to go any further as the game will not recognize the "A" button being pressed.

I have hard reset my console several times, turned the controller off and back on several times, I've checked for any updates for the controller, console, and game, I have even uninstalled and reinstalled several times. All of this and still nothing. At this point I don't know what else to do.

I preordered the game so I've had it since day one so I'm not eligible for a refund. If anyone could help me rectify this matter, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi once the game loads, go back to the console home screen and reset the console, thus is working a treat with mine(xbox one x)
