account hacked

Hi, my EA account was hacked by someone else and my email was changed by the person who hacked my account. Can you provide a solution?

that is a ss of my account which has changed email

While we aren't able to help with compromised accounts here on the forums, the live support team can help you re-secure your account and update the account information. Click on this link, scroll down to Still need help, and select Chat with us to start a new case with them

    No, I wouldn't be able to confirm that for you.

    If you're waiting for a reply, it'd be best to monitor your email inbox as that's where their response will come through.

    If it's been a few days, however, follow the steps I shared above to contact them again - this time through Chat instead of email. Choosing the chat option will allow you to talk to the support team live in real-time.

    Friend, have you solved your problem? The problem I encountered is exactly the same as yours, but since I am in China, I have been unable to effectively communicate with EA's customer service. My EA account was stolen two years ago and has not been recovered to this day😭

    EA contact support is completely useless and not helpful at all, They beat around the bush and send you in loops.. its very frustrating and unprofessional, Ive had my account hacked for years now and have personal information tied to the account, Never even responded back to my Case or emailed me.. absolutely disappointed with this so called “Support team”
