NFS - most boring and repetitive series ever

I played a few games from the series and I think there's no more annoying and boring franchise than NFS. I feel like I'm playing the same game over and over again. 
The upside is that I bought them for 2–3 dollars each. I have no idea how anyone is willing to pay full price for this garbage.
