When your FPS drops during gameplay go to your Task Manager and check your CPU usage. Do the same by going into your AMD Crimson software to check for the GPU usage. I would expect one of them to be at full load. If that is the case, then it would at least give you an idea of where to look to resolve the issue.
Additionally, try lowering your in-game settings somewhat if you are at full load. At the same time, I would still advise a clean boot to check if there wasn't anything else running on your system that you weren't aware of.
Note that in your dxdiag I did find reference to drivers from 2015. This most likely means that you haven't done a clean install of your latest drivers. If the issue persists you should also try the Repair Game function by right-clicking it in Origin.

How's it going?
I've checked out the drivers and indeed, the soundcard one's haven't been updated since 2015 but just because Realtek did not release any new ones.
After fooling around with the settings i've managed to fix it!
What i've done was, right clicking on the ".exe" file, and ticked the option "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" a
-> I've also Reestablished GPU default settings minus "FPS Objective" setting it to 60 FPS and activating Triple Open GL Buffering.
Since that, everything seems to work great!

Great news to hear that you've managed to get it working!
Your GPU might have been working overtime before, now that you've set a max FPS of 60 it seems to be able to keep up with the game. Thank you for sharing those specific steps as that might help out other players who are struggling with the exact same issue.
